Who I Am

I am a Financial Economist, Chartered Financial Economist (CH.FE), and Certified Economic Policy Analyst (CEPA) with more than 16 years of professional experience in monetary policy, macroeconomic management, financial sector development, humanitarian leadership, and institutional strengthening. My work is driven by a commitment to advancing sound economic policy, strengthening institutions, and promoting sustainable development across South Sudan and Africa.

I currently serve in several national leadership, governance, and policy roles, including as an External Member of the Monetary Policy Committee of the Bank of South Sudan, Founder and Executive Director of the Policy Strategy & Research Organization (PSRO), Executive Director of Global Aim South Sudan (GASS), Chairperson of the Local Response Pooled Fund–South Sudan (LRPF-SS), and Deputy Chairperson of the Juba Economic Forum Steering Committee. Through these roles, I contribute to economic policymaking, research, institutional development, humanitarian coordination, and strategic partnerships that promote evidence-based decision-making, resilient institutions, and inclusive, sustainable development.

Appointed to contribute to the formulation and review of monetary policy, providing independent economic analysis and strategic advice aimed at safeguarding price stability, strengthening financial sector resilience, and supporting sustainable macroeconomic growth in South Sudan.

📊 Founder & Executive Director, Policy Strategy & Research Organization (PSRO)
Provide strategic leadership to an independent policy and research institution dedicated to advancing evidence-based public policy, economic research, governance reforms, institutional strengthening, and strategic advisory services that inform national development.

🌍 Executive Director, Global Aim South Sudan (GASS)
Lead one of South Sudan’s national development organizations, overseeing programmes in agriculture, climate resilience, food security, health, education, WASH, protection, peacebuilding, and institutional capacity development while strengthening partnerships with governments, UN agencies, and development partners.
